Job description

Are you confident in managing challenging behaviour? Do you have experience working in an SEN school?

We are seeking a behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to support SEN pupils in a secondary SEN school based in the borough of Hillingdon. Ideally you will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be seeking a long term role starting immediately.

The role:

  • Work with SEN pupils displaying challenging behaviour
  • Support students as a mentor
  • Deliver interventions when required
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree, ideally or Level 3 TA
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an SEN school
  • Available immediately and long term
  • Live local to Hillingdon
