Job description
Do you have experience supporting students with ASD? Are you local to Radlett, Hertfordshire?
If so, Envision Education are looking for Autism Learning Support Assistants to join a fantastic all through SEN School based in Radlett, starting in September. This is a full time, long term roles with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidates. Ideally you will have at least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with Autism either in a school setting or as a social worker, and have developed good behaviour management skills.

The role:
- Support students with ASD and related disorders
- Provide 1:1 support
- Build strong relationships with students
- Follow the students learning plans
Requirements:
- Ideally Level 3 TA qualification
- Experience in a school setting, or as a support worker
- Confident managing challenging behaviour
- Live local to Radlett, and available long term
