​I am someone who has never been afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. After spending five years in healthcare recruitment, first at NHS Professionals and then at Locum Health where I built an entire GP division from the ground up, I learned pretty quickly that the best results come from genuine relationships, not scripts. Outside of work you will find me planning my next trip somewhere new, because I genuinely believe that experiencing different cultures and environments makes you sharper, more adaptable, and better at understanding people. I also have a serious passion for watches, there is something about the precision and craft behind a great timepiece that I find endlessly fascinating. I bring that same eye for detail and appreciation for quality into my work every single day. Now at Envision I am channelling everything I have built into helping schools find the right people, because great education starts with great hires and that is something I genuinely care about getting right.
