​Giovana spent much of her career in retail management, where she developed a particular interest in the recruitment and HR responsibilities that came with the role. She found great satisfaction in identifying talent, supporting colleagues, and helping to build strong teams, which inspired her to pursue a career in recruitment full time. Passionate about developing her skills and making a positive impact, Giovana is committed to becoming an established Resourcer and is excited to support both candidates and her new team at Envision Education.
