Free Webinar | The GCA Staffing Framework for School Leaders & Business Managers — Explained Simply

Client Webinar June 2026 Gca

The Government's new GCA Supply Staffing Framework will become mandatory for academy trusts from September 2026, bringing important changes to how schools and trusts procure supply and support staff. From September, all single and multi-academy trusts must procure supply and support staff through an approved GCA framework agency — or be able to evidence a separately procured compliant alternative that meets the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 and does not exceed GCA framework rates.

With many school and trust leaders still working out what the framework involves and what it means for their organisation, we are hosting a free online session to break it down clearly, practically, and without the jargon.

No Portals. No Jargon. No Noise. Everything school leaders need to know before September, explained simply and honestly.

Join us on Thursday 4th June from 12:15pm to 12:45pm for a free 30-minute webinar hosted by Balraj Guraya, Founder & Director of Envision Education. Envision Education has been awarded an approved place on Lot 1 of the GCA framework RM6376 — this session comes from that direct experience.

During the session we will cover:

• What the GCA framework is and why it has been introduced

• What changes do you need to know about for academy trusts from September 2026

• What school and trust leaders need to do now — and how straightforward it actually is

• Why you do not need a portal or managed service to be compliant

• How to ask the right questions of the agencies you work with

This session is open to all school leaders and business managers. Whether your school is part of a multi-academy trust or not, the framework will affect the supply staffing landscape and it is worth understanding.

Thursday 4th June | 12:15pm — 12:45pm | Online | Free
